By accessing or using Rally CRM ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Service Description
Rally CRM provides a customer relationship management platform that includes:
- Contact and company management
- Email and calendar integration
- Sales pipeline tracking
- Workflow automation
- Reporting and analytics
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
- Complying with these Terms
4. Subscription and Billing
14-Day Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. Credit card information is required but will not be charged until the trial ends.
Subscription Plans: We offer Starter, Growth, and Business plans. Plans auto-renew monthly unless canceled.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate Rally before committing. If you have billing questions after subscribing, contact support@rallycrm.io and we'll work with you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Transmit viruses or malicious code
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass or harm other users
- Exceed usage limits or abuse the Service
6. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service. We may use anonymized data for service improvement.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
9. Limitation of Liability
Rally CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, USA.
