Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use 256-bit encryption in transit and at rest, regular security audits, role-based access controls, and audit logging. Your data is backed up daily and stored in secure, redundant data centers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.
What is “Bring Your Own AI” (BYOK)?
Every Rally plan includes built-in AI features at no extra cost. On the Business plan, you can also connect your own AI provider — OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Groq, DeepSeek, Azure OpenAI, or even a self-hosted Ollama instance. This gives you full control over models, rate limits, and billing. Your API keys are stored encrypted and only used when making AI calls on your behalf.
